Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent end-to-end collection and validation of ESG and climate-related data across the entire value chain for the company’s European entities
  • Drive continuous process improvement and enhancement of the data collection process
  • Deliver high quality analyses, presentations and internal reports
  • Partner with European sales functions to ensure accurate responding to customer requests regarding the company’s sustainability program
  • Monitor the company’s strategy to reduce CO2 emissions and energy consumption and identify and develop new areas of focus in Europe
  • Deliver regular internal reports on the progress and impact of CSR activities
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support for other ESG-related initiatives and projects
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CSR trends and best practices

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability or a related field
  • First practical experience in sustainability, climate change or ESG program development
  • Basic knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (CSRD, ESRS)
  • Good conceptual, analytical and organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent teamwork
  • High degree of initiative and commitment, innovative, enjoying broadening your knowledge
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus

Your profile:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Initial experience in Learning & Development, HR or Leadership Development, inhouse or in an advisory role
  • Structured and proactive working style, strong organizational and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, a “can-do” attitude, curiosity, and flexibility
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, with additional European languages (e.g. German) being advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop, document and sustain the Audit Management System within Messer Europe.
  • Implement and manage necessary IT related tools (Intelex Audit Management, CAPA Management, Documentation Management) and other needed tools and provide support to all users.
  • Provide training and communication on Audit Management and Quality Management within Messer Europe.
  • Follow the development as well as the revision of external SHEQ documents (regulations, standards, ...) and support Messer Europe central departments and local companies in implementation.
  • Establish and manage databases of relevant QMS Standards and other SHEQ databases within Messer Europe (e.g., SHEQ Cards, ISO certificate database, SHEQ Masterfile).
  • Develop and manage relevant SHEQ Europe Quality Management KPIs.
  • Manage and conduct SHEQ audits within Messer Europe:
  • Any other assistance to the Messer Europe central departments and local companies in matters relating to the Audit Management System and Quality management.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree level, preferable Safety and Health or Technical field.
  • Experience with audit methodologies and techniques (at least Internal Auditor certification ISO 9001 but preferable Lead Auditor certification ISO 9001).
  • Work experience conducting internal and external audits in the field of SHEQ, experience in an international company is preferable.
  • Familiarity with IT tools for QMS and SHEQ is preferable.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical  and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Skills in other European languages are advantageous.
  • Ability to manage own work priorities and take initiative as well as skill to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.

Your responsibilities:

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or similar degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in corporate or regional communications roles in an international context.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing presentation materials (e.g., ppt) and executive speeches.
  • Proven track record to manage internal communications, ensuring alignment with company values and mission.
  • Experience in collaborating with international teams and agency partners.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
