Your responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent end-to-end collection and validation of ESG and climate-related data across the entire value chain for the company’s European entities
- Drive continuous process improvement and enhancement of the data collection process
- Deliver high quality analyses, presentations and internal reports
- Partner with European sales functions to ensure accurate responding to customer requests regarding the company’s sustainability program
- Monitor the company’s strategy to reduce CO2 emissions and energy consumption and identify and develop new areas of focus in Europe
- Deliver regular internal reports on the progress and impact of CSR activities
- Provide general administrative and coordination support for other ESG-related initiatives and projects
- Up-to-date knowledge of CSR trends and best practices
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability or a related field
- First practical experience in sustainability, climate change or ESG program development
- Basic knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (CSRD, ESRS)
- Good conceptual, analytical and organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent teamwork
- High degree of initiative and commitment, innovative, enjoying broadening your knowledge
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus
