Your responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day progress, planning and alignment of activities within HR technology projects
- Collaborate closely with IT and HR teams to continuously improve and optimize SAP SuccessFactors
- Support global HR digitalization efforts to increase overall HR process maturity
- Manage the setup and maintenance of standardized HR reports, act as contact for reporting requests from other departments
- Set up and maintain the organizational structure using position management principles
- Carry out project-specific tasks such as process documentation, requirements gathering or test coordination
- Prepare high-quality project documentation, including meeting presentations, status updates and meeting minutes
Your profile:
- Degree in HR, IT, or related field and at minimum three years of work experience in a consulting or project environment; Project Management certification preferred
- Project work experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of business processes in at least one of the following areas: Personnel administration & organizational management, performance or compensation management
- Strong interest in HR trends and practices and project management skills in traditional or agile methodologies
- Collaborative and hands-on attitude with attention to detail and interest in thriving in an international and decentralized environment
- Experience working in multinational and intercultural project environments
- Fluent in English, with additional languages like Spanish or German being a plus
